Water treatment equipment rentals are often driven by an emergency need for water treatment immediately. Many projects that involve construction dewatering, pipeline spills, & vapor mitigation are time-sensitive and require immediate solutions. H2K Technologies’ stock rental water treatment is available on a quick turnaround, ready for drop-in installation at critical project sites. A fleet of ready-to-go equipment will help you site mobilize ASAP and meet treatment goals. We offer multiple options of carbon filters, air strippers, sand filters, SVE blower systems, bag filters, pumps, and more. Stock equipment is presented here; custom construction options and engineering support are also available.
Carbon Filters – Individual Vessels
Granular activated carbon is a tried & true option to remove many VOC’s from water. Target contaminants typically include BTEX, GRO, DRO, PFOS, TCE, PCE, and many more. Our media vessels can also be arranged to operate in other processes such as sand filter, greensand, organoclay vessels, and more. Stock vessel options include:

Packaged Carbon Filter Skid
Our 400 GPM capacity liquid-phase carbon vessel skid offers flexible operation and features (4) vessels on a common skid with lead/lag/parallel operation header. Vessels can be operated in single-pass or duplex lead/lag water flow. Piping & valve header is designed to allow treatment with multiple media types in the duplex lead/lag operation when necessary.

Portable Carbon Treatment Trailer
This turnkey rental carbon treatment system includes a set of (4) 36″ diameter vessels to provide 100 GPM load/lag carbon capacity. A feed pump sends water through bag filters to remove suspended solids before processing through carbon filters. This portable treatment solution come pre-wired & plumbed allowing easy drop-in and start-up.

High Flow Oil/Water Separator
Coalescing oil separators provide separation of coarse droplet oils present in many temporary water treatment locations. Common applications include removal of diesel range an gasoline range products, capabilities include synthetic oils and more. The coalescing media pack provides enhanced separation in a compact footprint compared to frac tanks used in a similar application.

Low Flow Oil Separators
Multiple options are stocked for oil separation processes, engineered separation media will provide peak performance in a compact footprint. These oil/water separators effectively remove LNAPL products to protect carbon filters, air strippers, and other sensitive water treatment equipment.

Turnkey Air Stripper Skid
Air strippers provide strong performance to carry many VOCs out of a water treatment process. This 150 GPM packaged air stripper skid comes complete with supply air blower, discharge pump, and control panel. System is capable of treating TCE, PCE, BTEX, and many other volatile organic compounds.

This 50 GPM air stripper system provides powerful VOC stripping in a small footprint. A regenerative blower feeds this aerator and a centrifugal pump discharges water.

Rental Stacked Tray Air Stripper
A stacked tray air stripper processes water over a cascading series of trays to maximize air-to-water ratio. The small footprint of this unit provides powerful VOC removal while conserving space.

Multi-bag Filter Skid
Bag filters are a common necessity to protect carbon filters at dewatering sites with heavy solids loading. Our flexible 6-canister bag filter skid features valve-isolated filters to allow continuous treatment during bag changeouts.

High Vacuum Blower Skid
High vacuum remediation blowers are a good fit for tightly packed ground formation and when a site requires extraction of both air and water. Rotary claw blowers provide vacuum up to 24-25 “Hg to enhance dual phase extraction. DPE systems are frequently paired with other water treatment options like oil/water separators and carbon filters to process collected water.

Rotary Lobe SVE Blowers
Rotary lobe (positive displacement) blowers provide a balance between high performance and reasonable cost. PD blowers frequently pull enough vacuum to extract some water from wells. This rental rotary lobe SVE skid includes a moisture separator with pumpout to handle extracted water.

Regenerative Blower Skid
Regenerative blowers provide a strong option for pilot tests and other temporary SVE blower projects. This rental regen blower skid includes local a control panel and moisture separator on a common skid to allow quick start-up in the field.

Vacuum Carbon Changeout
H2K Technologies offers changeout services for activated carbon and other filter media. Our media vac truck service includes (2) H2K Tech operators and uses a 25 HP high-vacuum blower to remove spent media from vessels. A solids hopper collects removed media which is collected in supersacks for ease of handling & disposal. Transport and disposal of spent media is available; we service sand/media filters, greensand, organoclay, IX resin, and more.
